Allison decided to pursue a career in Traditional Chinese Medicine after having personal success in curing her lifelong headaches. Acupuncture provided the solution for her imbalance which inspired her to help others regain their health. Allison graduated from Tufts University with a B.A. in Anthropology and moved to Austin a year later to attend Texas College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In 2012 she graduated with a M.S. in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is nationally certified by the NCCAOM and a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Texas (AC01467).
Allison is passionate about healing illness with acupuncture and traditional Chinese herbs and incorporating yoga philosophy into daily life. Her background in swimming gives her insight into treating and preventing sports injury. Allison enjoys traveling, hanging out with her pup Jasper and is always excited to pass on her knowledge of plant based diets and cooking.
